HELP!!!

I recently picked up this frame at a local antique fair and have no clue as to the origins. The oxidation is only on the surface and it fits me just perfectly so I would love to know more about the frame before I start building it up. I snapped some photos of the Nervex lug work (thanks for pointing those out Koalatron!) as well as the only stamps I could find that might help identify the frames make or model. There is a small ‘P’ on the bottom of the bottom bracket as well as the numbers ‘0716’ on the inside of one of the rear drop outs (perhaps a serial number for the drop out itself?). It appears to have been green prior to the stripping. Any info would help!!! Thanks tumbls

I’d also like to make note that the crankset and bottom bracket almost definitely not original.  The tubing is ultra light…perhaps Columbus (to match the Campy dropouts)?  I have a feeling that it’s an older Raleigh or maybe Peugot, but I honestly have no clue.

It’s not a Campagnolo frame. I agree it looks english.

What is the BB threading? If it’s an old French or Italian bike, you would need a special BB. If it’s an English frame, or a more modern frame (like from the last 20 years or so) it will have the modern English BB threading.
